Everyone experiences turbulence in their lives at one time or another. 
 
In this crazy year of 2024 it feels like we're doing it collectively. 
 
And the undercurrent seems to be gaining speed lately just as waves do before they crash or clouds in the sky do as a storm starts.
 
It's a time of uncertainty and even fear.
 
I painted this as a reminder that we can ride these winds of change together instead of alone. And that the vulnerability of not knowing what's about to happen also offers opportunities for growth, acceptance, strength, and resilience.
 
And importantly, at least for me, gratitude that I don't have to go it alone. Because you're here with me.
